Andrew is a joint director and creative director of Sizzle Creative. After completing a BA (Hons) in 'Graphic Design', Andrew gained extensive experience working as a graphic designer where he had the pleasure of leading projects for a wide array of blue chip clients. He also specialises in digital marketing, with expertise in organic search engine optimisation and Adwords management.

The second half of Sizzle Creative's idea powerhouse is Paul McMahon. With a substantial commercial background in design & print spanning over 13 years, Paul's strength's comprise of impactful creativity, logistical project planning and adding… no, multiplying brand value.

Damon is the lead programming wizard at Sizzle Creative. Damon's been seeing the world in code since his early teens and has since gained a first-class BSc (Hons) in 'Business Software Development'. Damon's wide skill set allows him to create anything from websites to desktop and mobile applications using a vast array of programming and scripting languages.

Conner's our SEO (search engine optimisation) wizard and loves nothing more than beating Google into submission. She has expertise in all aspects of SEO including research and analytics, backlink building and on-page optimisation. We like to refer to her as the 'RANKER'! :-)
