Successful advertising and marketing depends on knowing your customer base inside out. We assisted UK boiler manufacturer ATAG with extensive market research including tailored focus groups with heating engineers to enable the client to identify the primary concerns faced by UK heating engineers when it comes to boiler purchase, installation and servicing / parts.
Thanks to the market research we were able to identify three key concerns that were consistent across all focus groups. Next, using visuals of tools of the trade to reinforce our message, we positioned ATAG as a boiler manufacturer that was fighting in their corner. The creative was rolled out across multiple marketing mediums including trade press and html email.
